Please note that a change in the length or dates of your reservation may result in a rate change.  

Please be prepared to show proof of eligibility for your rate (such as a membership card, corporate or government identification card, or proof of your age). 

The guest house is smoke-free.

No cooking is allowed in the room. 

The booking is non-transferrable, and once confirmed, no name change is allowed.  

You may cancel your reservation for no charge before 11:59 PM the United Kingdom time  (14 days before arrival).  

Please note that we will assess a fee as a full room rate if you must cancel after this deadline.

Amendment or cancellation without penalty is allowed if there is a government policy change that affected the guest’s travel plan.  

Amendment is allowed if the guest’s flight is cancelled or rescheduled by airlines, with supporting document provided.
